All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. We do not ship on holidays.

Please check the address you have provided to us during shipping, we will not be responsible for any packages lost or delayed due to wrong address provided by our beautiful customer.

ORDERS IN GUATEMALA

Once shipped, orders will generally take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on the location or destination.

All orders will include a guide tracking number, you will receive your tracking number by email once your package has been shipped.

Our store's insurance does not cover stolen packages, if you think your location is an unsafe place for delivery, please notify us immediately so we can add a signature confirmation to your order. With a signature confirmation, your package will not be delivered unless someone in your household has signed it.

Please note that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you have a problem with your package, immediately contact the Cargo Expresso Parcel Service, 2474-4444, or by entering the official parcel page: https://www.cargoexpreso.com.

Repack your items and don't forget to include your order confirmation.

Send us a message to notify us that you want to make a package change with our store. We will proceed to indicate the instructions to make these changes.

It is necessary to mention that  All shipping fees that occur during a package exchange are the responsibility of our beautiful  customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Make sure your return package is in exactly the same condition it was received. Your item will not be eligible for exchange if it has odors (good or bad) or stains from cosmetics, lotions, deodorants, etc.
