How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Once shipped, most domestic orders will take 2-5 business days to arrive.
We do not en route shipments on holidays. Because the national parcel services do not work on those dates.
Do you send everyone country of Guatemala?
We are sure that we do ship!
How can I track my order?
If you want to track your order you must find your guide number in your inbox of the email you provided us, we have sent the guide number to which your package belongs, after making your purchase. You should enter the official portal of Cargo Expreso and track your package by entering the guide number in the section that is requested, there you will find the status of your package as well as its tracking.
What are the shipping options?
Shipments to the entire Republic of Guatemala are made by national courier: via Express Cargo.
Are you from Antigua Guatemala or surroundings?
Shipments to are made by local courier or you have the option of picking up your order in store.

Why do some international and national clients do they have to pay to receive their packages?
The different countries and departments they have different regulations. We cannot control or determine what shipping rates or fees may apply and we are not responsible for paying these fees.
How often is the Essencia Concept store restocked?
This is different for each article. Some items are restocked fairly regularly, while others are not restocked at all. Given the we manufacture our collections, but the replenishment of stocks of fabrics and raw materials depends on the availability of our suppliers. Most of our articles will be restocked.
